一、"吸附-濃縮-燃燒"的閉環(huán)邏輯
沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪+RTO組合工藝的核心是"前端吸附濃縮+后端高溫氧化"的協(xié)同作用。首先,低濃度、大風量的工業(yè)廢氣進入沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附區(qū),沸石分子篩憑借其高比表面積和選擇性吸附特性,精準捕獲廢氣中的VOCs,實現(xiàn)廢氣初步凈化。當沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附飽和后,進入脫附區(qū),通過小風量高溫熱空氣將吸附的VOCs脫附出來,形成高濃度、小風量的濃縮廢氣。最后,濃縮廢氣進入RTO燃燒室,在760-850℃的高溫下發(fā)生氧化反應,徹底分解為CO?和H?O,同時陶瓷蓄熱體回收燃燒熱量,預熱待處理廢氣,熱回收率可達95%以上。
The core of the "adsorption-concentration-combustion" closed-loop logic zeolite wheel + RTO combined process lies in the synergistic effect of "front-end adsorption and concentration + back-end high-temperature oxidation". Firstly, industrial exhaust gas with low concentration and high air volume enters the adsorption zone of the zeolite wheel. Leveraging its high specific surface area and selective adsorption properties, the zeolite molecular sieve precisely captures VOCs in the exhaust gas, achieving initial purification. When the zeolite wheel reaches adsorption saturation, it enters the desorption zone, where hot air with low air volume desorbs the adsorbed VOCs, forming concentrated exhaust gas with high concentration and low air volume. Finally, the concentrated exhaust gas enters the RTO combustion chamber, where it undergoes oxidation reactions at high temperatures ranging from 760 to 850℃, completely decomposing into CO? and H?O. Simultaneously, the ceramic regenerator recovers the heat of combustion to preheat the exhaust gas awaiting treatment, achieving a heat recovery rate of over 95%.
