三室RTO焚燒爐是目前主流的應(yīng)用裝置，其工作原理為:將有機(jī)廢氣加熱至760度以上，使廢氣中的有機(jī)物氧化分解成二氧化碳和水;氧化反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的高溫氣體流經(jīng)蓄熱體,使蓄熱體升溫而“蓄熱治，并用于預(yù)熱后續(xù)進(jìn)入的有機(jī)廢氣，從而節(jié)省廢氣升溫所消耗的燃料量;蓄熱體分為三個(gè)室，每個(gè)室依次經(jīng)歷“蓄熱一放熱一清掃冶等程序，周而復(fù)始，連續(xù)工作;蓄熱室“放熱治后立即引入適量潔凈空氣對(duì)該室進(jìn)行清掃，待清掃完成后才能進(jìn)入“蓄熱冶程序;處理后的尾氣由風(fēng)機(jī)引至排氣筒排放。

(1)廢氣入RTO爐前根據(jù)其成分、熱值等參數(shù)進(jìn)行搭配，生產(chǎn)過程及設(shè)備檢修吹掃過程中均必須保證焚燒爐始終處于穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行狀態(tài);(2)進(jìn)料口須保持氣密性，進(jìn)料系統(tǒng)應(yīng)處于微負(fù)壓狀態(tài)，防止氣體逸出;

(3)爐膛實(shí)際運(yùn)行溫度必須高于760度，才可能達(dá)到99%以上破壞去除率;

(4)燃燒室耐火材料的質(zhì)量須達(dá)到相應(yīng)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，技術(shù)性能應(yīng)滿足燃燒氣氛的要求，并能夠承受爐膛工作狀態(tài)的交變熱應(yīng)力;(5)配備自動(dòng)監(jiān)控及反饋系統(tǒng)，對(duì)主要工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，并在線顯示運(yùn)行工況和尾氣排放參數(shù);6)安裝防爆門或其他防爆設(shè)施，燃燒室后設(shè)置緊急排放煙圖，并設(shè)置聯(lián)動(dòng)裝置使其只能在事故或緊急狀態(tài)時(shí)才可啟動(dòng)。
