一、除塵設(shè)備種類繁多，型號(hào)、規(guī)格、結(jié)構(gòu)性能和功能特點(diǎn)都各不相同。使用前需要先認(rèn)真仔細(xì)閱讀說明書，避免因使用不當(dāng)造成工業(yè)吸塵器的損壞及危機(jī)使用人的安全。

1、 There are various types of dust removal equipment, with different models, specifications, structural performance, and functional characteristics. Before use, it is necessary to carefully read the manual to avoid damage to the industrial vacuum cleaner and endanger the safety of the user due to improper use.

二、普通工業(yè)吸塵器的使用環(huán)境溫度不能超過40度，工作場(chǎng)所不能在海拔1000米以上，要有良好的通風(fēng)環(huán)境，空氣中不能有易燃、腐蝕性氣體的干燥室內(nèi)的環(huán)境中使用。

2、 The ambient temperature for the use of ordinary industrial vacuum cleaners should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius, and the workplace should not be above an altitude of 1000 meters. There should be a good ventilation environment, and the air should not be used in a dry indoor environment with flammable or corrosive gases.

三、干式除塵設(shè)備不允許吸水，濕手不能操作吸塵器。如需要清潔的場(chǎng)所有大的紙團(tuán)、塑料布或大于吸管口徑的廢料廢物，應(yīng)事先清除，否則極易造成吸管堵塞。六、工業(yè)吸塵器吸取液體物質(zhì)時(shí)，要將濾芯取下，并注意及時(shí)將液體排空。

3、 Dry dust removal equipment is not allowed to absorb water, and wet hands are not allowed to operate the vacuum cleaner. If there are large paper balls, plastic sheets, or waste materials larger than the diameter of the straw in the place that needs to be cleaned, they should be removed in advance, otherwise it is very easy to cause straw blockage. 6、 When industrial vacuum cleaners absorb liquid substances, the filter element should be removed and attention should be paid to timely emptying the liquid.

四、接好地線，確保用電安全。一般的工業(yè)吸塵器每次連續(xù)工作不超過8小時(shí)，主要是為了防止電機(jī)過熱而燒毀。而有種特殊設(shè)計(jì)的工業(yè)吸塵器由于采用特制的散熱系統(tǒng)，可以連續(xù)工作36小時(shí)不停機(jī)，可以與機(jī)床配套使用。

4、 Connect the grounding wire to ensure electrical safety. A typical industrial vacuum cleaner works continuously for no more than 8 hours each time, mainly to prevent the motor from overheating and burning out. There is a specially designed industrial vacuum cleaner that can work continuously for 36 hours without stopping due to its specially designed heat dissipation system, and can be used in conjunction with machine tools.

五、使用裝有自動(dòng)卷線裝置的工業(yè)吸塵器時(shí)，把電源線拉出足夠的使用長度便可，不要拉過電源線，如果看到電源線有黃色或紅色的標(biāo)記，立刻必須停止拉出，防止把電源線拉過頭。如果需要卷回電源線時(shí)，直接按下按鈕就自動(dòng)收回。

5、 When using an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with an automatic winding device, simply pull out the power cord for a sufficient length of use. Do not pull over the power cord. If you see a yellow or red mark on the power cord, it must be stopped immediately to prevent pulling it too far. If you need to rewind the power cord, simply press the button to automatically retract it.
