典型成分:烷烴(如丙烷、丁烷)、芳烴(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)、酮類(丙酮、丁酮)、醇類(乙醇、異丙醇),搭配少量一氧化碳(CO,來自燃燒設備不完全燃燒或化學反應副產(chǎn)物)。

沸石轉輪優(yōu)先吸附 VOCs,將低濃度廢氣(如 VOCs≤1000mg/m3,CO≤500mg/m3)濃縮 10-20 倍,使后續(xù)催化氧化設備只需處理高濃度 VOCs(5000-10000mg/m3),同時 CO 在催化劑作用下同步氧化為 CO?,避免單獨處理低濃度廢氣的能耗浪費。

安全適配性:

沸石轉輪的吸附過程在常溫下進行,避免高溫引發(fā)爆炸;催化氧化溫度(200-400℃)遠低于 VOCs 燃點(如二甲苯燃點 525℃),且濃縮后的廢氣經(jīng)稀釋后進入催化單元,濃度控制在 LEL 的 25% 以下,從源頭杜絕安全隱患。
